However, these announcements are in Japanese, so it is easier to ask at the lottery sales shops. If you show the lottery ticket you purchased to the sales teller, they will check the results for you (this only applies during the payment period for the winnings).
The drawn numbers for the number selection-type lotteries are displayed on the front of the sales shops (in Japanese), so you can also look up the drawn numbers in this way.
